WOMEN Building Canada is the official publication of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC). This new publication will quickly become the essential, go-to-resource for women in the industry..

The inaugural issue features:

• the inspiring journey of Jamie McMillan, the founder of KickAss Career and a recognized speaker
  and expert on the global stage
• I Helped Build That, which examines how we can inspire the next generation to consider a career in construction;
• A Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Roundtable of Perspectives
• An examination of the Building Better: A Women In Construction Report, which sheds light on the untapped potential of women in the construction industry and the systemic challenges they face on their path to leadership;
• a celebration of this year’s outstanding bursary award winners and spotlights on a few of CAWIC’s members.
  

Each issue is direct-mailed to CAWIC’s members and industry partners, and all issues are available to read free of charge, online. We are excited to share amazing stories about women working in Canada’s construction sector, as well as valuable information that will help the industry succeed, grow, and prosper
